- what you were doing and what happened.
Never send us your payment card number or a password. We never ask for them.

| What happens to my journal and mood check-ins? | Your intentions and mood check-ins stay on your device; your journal stays on your device, encrypted, unless you turn on sync. Mood, intention and journal content never go to analytics, crash-reporting or advertising tools. 3. Manage or cancel a subscription
Apple and Google bill izmio Infinite subscriptions, so you manage and cancel them in your store account. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- iPhone or iPad: open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › izmio › Cancel Subscription. (Apple instructions)
- Android: open the Google Play Store › your profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › izmio › Cancel subscription. (Google instructions) [VERIFY Android menu names against the current Google Play Store app before publication]
- In izmio: You › Settings › izmio Infinite › Manage subscription takes you straight to the right store page.
Good to know:
- Free trial (annual plan): to avoid the $59.99 charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends on Apple, or before the trial ends on Google Play. We remind you two days before your 7-day trial ends, with a notification on your phone, or a card on the Today screen if notifications are off.
- Annual renewal: while auto-renew is on, we remind you 31 days before each annual renewal, with a notification, or a banner in the app if notifications are off.
- Deleting the app or your izmio account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in your store account first.
- Lifetime is not a subscription. It never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
- Refunds are handled by the store that billed you: Apple's Report a Problem or Google Play's refund process. We cannot issue refunds ourselves for store purchases, but we are happy to help. A refunded founding purchase does not reopen a founding spot.

4. Restore purchases
If you bought izmio Infinite (a subscription or a lifetime membership) and it doesn't show on a new phone or after a reinstall:
- Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account you used to buy.
- Open izmio and go to You › Settings › izmio Infinite › Restore Purchases.
- Your access returns as soon as the store confirms the purchase.
Your purchase stays linked to the Apple or Google account you bought it with. This version of izmio has no sign-in, so a purchase made on iPhone does not unlock izmio on Android, or the other way round. 5. Delete your account
You can delete your account in the app or ask us to delete it without reinstalling: see Account Deletion for the steps, what we delete and what we keep. Please cancel any subscription first (Section 3).
When you delete your account, we keep only what we must. This includes the founding offer's device hash (a one-way code made from your device identifier, so the founding price is never offered to the same device again) until the founding offer closes for everyone, and purchase records, which tax law requires us to keep for 10 years from the end of the year of purchase. 6. Wellness and safety
izmio is for relaxation, meditation and personal ritual. It is not medical care and not a crisis service, and support email is not monitored around the clock.
